The ground-breaking ceremony for Ashbridge, an Exton development comprising 410 luxury residential apartments in six buildings, will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 6.
The developer, Wolfson Group Inc., is inviting the public to attend the ceremony at 10 a.m. that day at the construction site, located at 102 Main St. near the Main Street at Exton shopping center. The Ashbridge apartment buildings will surround the historic Ashbridge House mansion, which will be renovated to become a social center.
The development will include amenities like a swimming pool, fitness studio, yoga studio, boxing ring, coworking conference space, outdoor barbecue and fire pits, a dog park and pet spa, pool tables, Hub by Amazon package delivery, private storage and bike storage. Ashbridge is expected to open in spring 2020.
